Yesterday, Lexington Brass, the newest restaurant from the people behind Abe & Arthur's in the Meatpacking District, opened up at the Hyatt 48 Lex. Chef Franklin Becker oversees the kitchen at the 100 seat restaurant, serving a menu of American bistro fare, including steaks, fried chicken and biscuits, lobster mac 'n' cheese, and, for breakfast, jelly doughnut pancakes. Entrees range from $17 for the burger to $34 for filet mignon, pretty typical for the business crowds they hope to attract. Take a look around above and see the menus below.
