Starting September 20, Tribeca restaurant Tolani will operate a pop-up of sorts inside Albert Trummer's Theater Bar for the next three months. Called Tolani TriBeCa at Theater Bar, it will serve dishes like tacos, lamb sliders and Malaysian goat curry. When this run is up, other chefs make sign on to do short stints. [Zagat]
