Carmellini Opening Second Location of The Dutch in Miami

There were rumors over the past few weeks that Andrew Carmellini might be bringing his white-hot Soho restaurant The Dutch to Miami. Today, Flo Fab confirms that the deal is indeed a go. Carmellini and partners Luke Ostrom and Josh Pickard will open the restaurant in the W Hotel in November, just in time for the Art Basel Fest. It will replace the hotel's previous restaurant Solea.

He plans to bring many of the restaurant's current menu items down south and add several dishes inspired by the area. Carmellini notes: "I never thought I’d be taking the Dutch on the road...I was thinking more Italian, but the hotel wanted The Dutch.”
