1) Williamsburg: Last month, cute, rustic Williamsburg coffee shop Blackbird Parlour mysteriously shuttered. The phone was disconnected, and management even confirmed that they were closing on Twitter. But just when it seemed like they were done for good, the shop reopened under new ownership. Over the past few weeks the place has been boarded up and now a tipster notes that early last week "the front door was open and NYPD was inside. The resto looks defunct." The notice at right went up this week. [ShutterWire]

2) Midtown: A week ago, word first spread that Donatella Arpaia's Midtown restaurant Mia Dona would soon be closing, but it was unclear when. Tipsters wrote in late this week to report that it seems closed for good, and calls and visits to the restaurant all but confirm. No one's inside and no one answers the phone. [ShutterWire]

3) Midtown: Midtown Lunch reports Sri Lankan restaurant Cafe Niagara has closed over on 38th Street between 8th and 9th Aves. [ML]

4) Upper East Side: Ciao Piero a restaurant that replaced One 83 earlier this year is now closed. [GS]

5) East Village: EV Grieve reports that Porch on Avenue C between 7th and 8th is relocating and an Indian restaurant may move in. Also on Avenue C Mosaic Cafe has closed after less than a year in business. [EVG]

6) Tribeca: Tribeca Citizen reports that TriBeCafe will close for good after service tonight. A new restaurant will open in the space later this year and owners say they believe "that this change will ultimately be for the better, and we look forward to seeing your friendly, familiar faces again!"
