In Flight Dining

2011_03_marcussneaks.jpgWhen Marcus Samuelsson isn't too busy designing shoes, appearing at charity events, and running a restaurant, he's taking to the friendly skies. He and chef Richard Sandoval are getting into the airline food racket, signing up to create meals for American Airlines. Sandoval's will be available during international flights in "premium class" cabins, while Samuelsson's will be sold during domestic flights in coach. [EaterWire]
