Parm Gets its (Neon) Signage On

When they took away all the booths and trash from the San Gennaro Festival yesterday after its conclusion on Sunday, a surprise emerged: Parm, the new Torrisi Italian Specialties spinoff at 248 Mulberry is showing off its face, including a big striped awning and a nice red neon sign.

And here's a peek inside from last week. When Parm opens next month, it will take over Torrisi's lunch operations while also offering cocktails, hot dishes, and dinner.
