Any "Urban Italian" fanatics should be pleased with this one, which covers recipes from "foodways and the ethnic enclaves that dot the American landscape," and any Carmellini freaks should enjoy the above amazingly unusual photo. It is included in the part of the introduction where he discusses high school and is dated 1988. Let's hope it was prom, because she looks like a phenomenal date.
