Bravo has announced the premiere date for their upcoming ninth season, also known as Top Chef: Texas: November 2. They also released a list of 29 "hopefuls" that will be narrowed down to 16 actual contestants. Included in the list is Ty-Lör Boring from Spasso, Chaz Brown from Fatty Crab, Kimberly Calichio of Fishtail by David Burke, and Grayson Schmitz of Wallse and Villa Pacri. [Eater National]
