The US Attorney for the Southern District of New York is conducting a survey to see whether or not popular NYC eateries are compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act. The most popular 50 NYC restaurants (as determined by the Zagat guide) will fill out surveys, be inspected, and be expected to make changes if necessary of face a lawsuit by the government. [WSJ]
