Some food world folks are organizing a Dine Out for Irene benefit night for New York area farms. They're asking restaurants that participate to offer up to 10 percent of sales from September 25 (brunch, dinner, or both), and funds will go to GrowNYC (the Greenmarket) and Just Food, which will distribute the money to farms. ilili and six Chodorow restaurants are on board.
