Reps report that the new Madison Square Park location of Schnipper's Quality Kitchen will open at 23 East 23rd Street next Thursday. They'll be open from 10 AM - 10 PM serving salads, sandwiches, burgers, and shakes to those who can't endure the Shake Shack line. [EaterWire]
