Restoblogger Bruce Buschel looks at the finances of his less-than-a-year-old Hamptons restaurant Southfork Kitchen: "Let us now mince no words. We are in a hole. We might find oil before we find profit." Although they had some good weeks this summer, they were closed for a month due to a fire and they're still waiting for insurance money.
