Eater National has look inside Christina Tosi's Momofuku Milk Bar Cookbook. While the recipes are not necessarily for the novice — some, particularly the layer cakes, have several sub-recipes — they are on the whole significantly more approachable than, say David Chang's Momofuku Cookbook, which famously features a 48-hour recipe for short ribs.
