T Magazine gets a peek at La Piscine, the new bar and lounge on the roof of the Hotel Americano in Chelsea. In warm weather, it will serve Mediterranean food, mojitos, and mezcalitos. In the winter, a glass door will swing over the space, the swimming pool will turn into a big hot tub, and they'll offer a menu of things like hot sake and fondue. [T Mag]
