Gilt City plans on opening a Gilt City Hamptons House next week, featuring all kinds of exclusive dinners, parties, and specials with everyone from Michael White to Scott Conant, Sam Talbot, and Laurent Gras. Exciting news for food lovers out east, but not so much for the Village of East Hampton, which frowns upon running a business out of a single family home.
