2011_04_LTmidtown.jpgLaurent Tourondel hasn't even opened his BLT American Brasserie in the Cassa Hotel and Residences yet (it's planned for this fall) but he's already exporting it to Chicago. He tells Eater Chicago: "It's basically an American brasserie with some mini pizzas, sushi, grilling, a lot of meats, a little for everyone. It's very simple food, but on the creative side."
