Inside Restaurant/Butcher Cannibal, Now Open Next to Resto

Last week, Christian Pappanicholas, the owner of meat and beer haven Resto, opened this little storefront that he calls Cannibal. Open daily from 11 AM - 11:30 PM, Cannibal sells all manner of butchered meats as well as beer and, okay, cycling gear. But for those who'd rather eat than shop, Cannibal's chef Michael Beradino serves a lengthy list of meaty sandwiches (BLTs, Pigs Head Cuban, Meatball Sub), salads, and sides during the day and a hearty roster of snacks and mains at night including a half a pig head, lamb neck terrine, veal tartare, sweetbread confit, and a pickled pork chop.
