The Bean Expands in East Village; More Chefs at Pig Island

GOVERNOR'S ISLANDPig Island, a monster food event on Govenor's Island in which chefs will serve up 80 Finger Lakes hogs, takes place on September 10 this year. Newly confirmed chefs include George Weld (Egg), Ryan Angula (Buttermilk Channel), King Phojanakong (Kuma), Adam Schop (Nuela), and wunderkind Greg Grossman.
