Cafe Mogador, the Moroccan staple that opened in the East Village in 1983, is expanding after almost three decades in business. And as a somewhat natural progression, they're heading to Williamsburg. Back in May, their new spot made the plywood report, but now that signage is up, the second branch is official. It should open by the end of September "but nothing's set in stone," they say, on Wythe between North 7th and North 8th Streets.
