2011_08_moriniwine.jpgHere's a question for the peanut gallery: When a patron hits a server's tray, resulting in red wine spillage all over another customer's white cashmere dress, who is responsible and what should be done? In this case at Osteria Morini last night, neither the first patron nor the GM apologized to the stained diner, though she did get bottomless cups of soda water and napkins and, after complaining, two comped drinks.
