According to a new listing, the space housing Timi's, a "classic" gelato and mozzarella bar that employed a special robot to make they gelato, is on the market. They served gimmicky sundaes that looked like lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs and planned on rolling out a line of gelato carts on the backs of bicycles. Now it's on the market for $295,000 key money and $13,600 a month rent. [EaterWire]
