2) Upper East Side: The original location of healthy pizza place Slice, the Perfect Food is no more. The owner tells Grub Street: "We have faced a lot of adversity with Second Avenue subway construction. We received no help from our landlord or the city, so we are forced to move." They still have another branch in the West Village, and they hope to open a new location around Kent and North 4th Street in Williamsburg. [Grub Street]

3) East Village: EV Grieve reports that one-year-old Motek Creperie on St. Marks is dunzo. A Yelp review notes, "WORST crepe ever. WORST business in the East Village." [EV Grieve]

4) Midtown: Midtown Lunch learns that Fay Da Bakery has left the space that they were sharing with Lunch Box Buffet. A worker notes that the Chinese Bakery is relocating to a storefront around 32nd and Sixth Avenue. That location is expected to open in two months. [Midtown Lunch]
