A few staff changes to report at Danny Meyer's Eleven Madison Park: James Kent, who represented the US in the Bocuse d'Or last year, has been promoted to chef de cuisine. Abram Bissell has been named the chef de cuisine at the new restaurant in the Nomad Hotel from EMP executive chef Daniel Humm and general manager Will Guidara. That project, which is being pitched as a much more casual restaurant, is slated to open in Febraury 2012. And as previously noted, Marcellus Coleman, who also worked at EMP as well as wd~50, is now the executive chef at Alias on the Lower East Side.
