Massimiliano Nanni, the co-owner of popular Bed-Stuy pizzeria Saraghina, has left the restaurant to focus on his new project Celestino. He will be the chef at the new restaurant, slated to open this summer, and his wife will focus on the design. He tells the Times, "My neighborhood needs everything, but there’s not any place good for oyster or sea bass." [DJ]
