2011_albert_trummer11.jpgMixologist Albert Trummer, who was arrested twice last year for his theatrical fire shows at Apotheke, rejected a plea deal in court that would have allowed him to plead guilty for disorderly conduct, and perhaps avoid going to jail. As it stands, he could now face charges of reckless endangerment for his dazzling pyrotechnic displays, and possibly spend two years in the clink. Trummer noted: "I am going to fight this all the way." [DJ]
