Greg Hunt, the founder of Amsterdam Billiards, was ultimately rejected when he attempted to open a wine bar in one of New York's toniest buildings, 25 Central Park West. But he may have a happy ending after all. His community board approved him last night to open a wine and jazz bar on 71st and Columbus. The working name is Tallulah. [West Side Rag]
