To think, this was almost lost in the internet video ether. Click through below to see a very amusing video of a not at all self conscious Johnny Iuzzini get a new tattoo of a pin-up girl. The Jean Georges pastry chef made the video back when he was shooting season one of Top Chef: Just Desserts and is out in his full on Johnny Zs regalia, including tank top, gold necklace, wallet chain, bandana, and motorcycle.

Not to spoil it, but he gets a pin-up girl on his chest because "I remember my dad always talking about pin-ups as a kid." He also ends the video with the line "I'm me, I'm a pastry chef."
