Torrisi on No Reservations: 'Veal Parm Should Live Forever'

Last night's Italy-themed episode of No Reservations featured a scene inside of Mulberry Street's own Torrisi Italian Specialties. Tony Bourdain sat down with chefs Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone to talk about their unique brand of Italian American cooking, with Mario noting: "The veal parm should live forever.
