Saturday's indulgent and lurid bonanza of meat, Josh Ozersky's Meatopia in New York City, made for some good eating. If there was a time for giving into the meat sweats, this was the place (the breeze of the Brooklyn waterfront made the 100 degree temperatures somewhat tolerable).
