Potential Price Hikes

2011_chefs_table1.jpgAccording to the Twitter over at Brooklyn Fare, the liquor license is coming any day now, and a call to the restaurant reveals they expect it by at least mid-August. Ponders a tipster, "With it goes a new pricing structure (currently $185 pp plus tax and tip). My guess is dinner will be $200 plus $75-95 for wine pairings. Will they still fill 18 seats each night?" Reps at the restaurant say they haven't decided how the menu will be priced once booze arrives. [Twitter]
