Earlier today, a car struck a pedestrian in front of Midtown Austrian restaurant Seasonal, sending her through their glass door. According to a witness, the woman's leg was severed by the blow, and she was in "pretty bad shape" when the ambulance arrived. It is unclear exactly what caused the car to jump up on the curb, but witnesses think that the driver may have lost control while trying to parallel park or execute a three-point turn.
A call to Seasonal confirms that they will be closed for service tonight and tomorrow, and that no one inside the restaurant was injured by the accident.
