HARLEM—On Monday, July 18 from 6 - 10 PM, Red Rooster is hosting a "Chicken & Champagne" night, a riff on the "Chitlins' & Champagne" Tuesdays at the old Red Rooster, the one time Harlem speakeasy and the current spot's namesake. They'll serve Paul Goerg Champagne by the glass for $10, two different champagne cocktails at $12 each, and plates of Chicken & Waffle Bites, Rooster Deviled Eggs, and Curried Chitlins, all $4.
