Today the Styles section gives some ink to Marcus Samuelsson's Red Rooster, calling it the savior Harlem revivalists have been waiting for while chronicling everything everyone there is wearing. For his part, Samuelsson says, "I lived in Harlem for six years, and for the first four years I wasn’t ready to open a restaurant...It’s important that people can smell that sincerity when they come into the restaurant, regardless of whether they like the chicken or not."
