Inside Jason Denton's Betto, Opening Monday

Early next week, Jason Denton, the man (along with his brother Joe) behind the slowly sprawling empire that includes three 'inotecas and MePa restaurant Corsino, will open Betto a new 60 seat restaurant on North 8th Street in Williamsburg. This time the team is losing the panini and focusing entirely on small plates, a long list of bruschetta, some pastas, and some large format meals using whole animals from local farms. For the first time, the wine list will offer choices outside of Italy, and there will be cocktails, including a Negroni of the Day. Current estimates have the place opening on July 18.
