Dekalb Market Opening Soon; DOH Gets Vigilant on UWS

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN—Zagat notices that Dekalb Market, the new mall made out of shipping containers, will open on July 23. It will offer food and wares from Maharlika, Robicelli’s, Joe the Art of Coffee, and half a dozen other vendors.
