The Times learns that the next kitchen scenes in Treme will take place in Lucky Peach, a fictionalized hybrid of Momofuku Ko and Ssäm Bar in the early days. Also, David Chang will be playing a younger version of himself. He notes: "when I got to the set, I had a freaky out-of-body experience....It’s actually a better-designed kitchen, not just a bigger version." [NYT]
