The Five Best Comments on Eater this Week

Welcome to Saturday Night Five, where we shine a light on the best quips, barbs, burns, and nuggets of truth from Eater NY commenters. Here's this week's cream of the crop:

5) An anonymous commenter has another idea for a new Michael Bao concept:

Huynh is also conceptualizing a restaurant that focuses on snake meat. The potential name is "Bao Constrictor."
4) Ron F. on the state of community boards today:
Community board meeting would have made an amusing Seinfeld episode. But the show more often reflected the realities and tribulations of Manhattan life of the late 70s and early 80s, when Jerry Seinfeld & Larry David were NYC residents, and not the later variety of city living in which community boards wielded absurd amounts of sometimes arbitrary power.

3) Cara chimes in on the pie vs. cupcakes debate:

MINI pies are the new cupcakes. Not regular size pies. It's hard to walk down the street stuffing a slice of pie in your mouth with all the gooey filling coming out the sides. Mini pies. The NEXT BIG THING.
2) Sommelier is confused about the pizza lunch between Palin and Trump:
"cordoned off with yellow tape" What was printed on the tape? "Disaster Scene"?
1) Picklesister on the Jo's owner responding to an angry Yelper:
Never been to Jo's, though I live in the 'hood. Suddenly I'm DYING to try it! I am in love already based on this Yelp response!
