1) Midtown: A tipster sends in photos of Casa Nonna, a restaurant opening soon on 38th between 9th and 10th. It comes from the people behind BLT Restaurant Group, which also owns an iteration of it in DC. It should open next week. [POST-PLYWOOD]

2) Nolita: According to the above photo, sandwich shop Grey Dog is coming soon to Mulberry Street between Prince and Spring. [PLYWOOD]

3) West Village: A reader gets a photo of Vin Sur Vingt, a new spot going in on West 11th Street near 7th Ave. [PLYWOOD]
4) East Village: A tipster reports that Prime & Beyond, an offshoot of a Fort Lee, NJ "family run treasure" will open soon on East 10th Street between 3rd and 4th Aves. They explain, "It's a Korean beef joint. They dry-age on premise and you can even buy the whole short loin and have them age it as you eat your way through. Dry Aged Lamb Chops round out a wildly short menu." [PLYWOOD]

5) East Village: Someone is once again giving it a go at the old Permanent Brunch space on 6th St. and 1st Ave. According to a reader, it will be a beer and oysters concept from first time operators. [PLYWOOD]

6) Park Slope: A new traditional Greek restaurant is coming to Park Slope with the upcoming opening of Pharos. Here's Park Slope takes a look at the new restaurant on Seventh Avenue between Union and Berkeley Streets. The restaurant will be pretty huge, with two expansive floors and a patio. They plan to soft-open in a few weeks. [PLYWOOD]

7) Lower East Side: EV Grieve snaps the inside of the new Veselka on Bowery now that the the paper has been removed from the windows. They're predicting a mid-June opening. [PLYWOOD]

8) Park Slope: A new wine bar is coming this week to 5th Avenue near St. Marks Place, The Brooklyn Paper reports. Wolf and Deer will open in the old Total Wine Bar space. The bar will carry around 80 bottles and will have outdoor seating, a wide selection of cocktails and small plates of salad, cheese and cured meats. [POST-PLYWOOD]
