2011_06_churchbees.jpgBack when wacky Tribeca restaurant Il Matto opened, they served cocktails with liquor-infused rocks and radicchio garnishes. Now that it's called White & Church, the restaurant serve drinks like a martini made from smoked tree bark, a Bloody Mary mixed with mussels, a tobacco-infused brandy topped with scorpions, a coconut, crème caramel and cricket blend, and a tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, avocado, red pepper and Mexican worm mix.
