Says Ying: "The next issue is going to be a little bit more esoteric in that it's less of a concrete theme, it's not just ramen or a specific food type. The theme is actually "The Sweet Spot." So you can take what you will from that, metaphorically." Dave Chang also worked out with Tiki Barber for an upcoming feature. [Eater National]
