Chris Ying, the editor of David Chang's new quarterly magazine Lucky Peach, reveals what they're working on for future issues. Says Ying: "The next issue is going to be a little bit more esoteric in that it's less of a concrete theme, it's not just ramen or a specific food type. The theme is actually "The Sweet Spot."
