Potbelly Sandwich Works Mobbed on Opening Day

Chicago import Potbelly Sandwich Works opened its doors to FiDi this morning, and by 1:30 PM, the line was already down the block. They weren't even offering any special deals or promotions or anything. Let this be a lesson to prospective restaurateurs — this neighborhood is hungry for good lunchtime eats. The chain will open locations in Midtown and on East 17th Street later this year.
