2011_06_inflight.jpgOver the weekend Dave Chang waxed rhapsodic about the luxuries of high end travel while a group of other chefs including Cesare Casella, Josh Capon, Melissa d’Arabian, and Eric Ripert told the Times what they bring on board. Or all of them did except for Ripert, who refuses to eat on board: "The way they clean the planes, your table is disgusting." [NYT]
