The College Critic checks out opening night of El Cibreo, the makeover of Morningside Heights restaurant Campo by itinerant chef Ryan Skeen: "Il Cibreo is sexier than campy Campo. Wladis is smart to evoke a Soho aesthetic uptown at student-friendly prices.
