Top Chef Dale Talde In at Thistle Hill Tavern Offshoot

Here's Park Slope reports today that Dale Talde, the Top Chef contestant, pop-up lover, and creative director at Buddakan, has been hired as the head chef at a new Park Slope restaurant. David Massoni, the owner of the neighborhood's Thistle Hill Tavern, is opening a "modern Asian" restaurant in an old dry cleaners on 7th Ave. and 11th St. Here's a plywood shot Talde posted to his blog.

The restaurant, which doesn't yet have a name, should be open by September.
