Roving photographer Will Femia stopped by a pre-opening party at Nights and Weekends, the stylish spinoff of Greenpoint hot spot Five Leaves. For this new project, chef and co-owner Ken Addington created a menu inspired by the West Indies and Cuba, and a cocktail list that includes a number of rum-based drinks. The triangle-shaped space sits on a corner directly across the street from Five Leaves, and features large doors and windows that open out onto the sidewalk. Nights and Weekends opens with a limited menu on Monday, with plans for a full menu on Wednesday.
