Brooks Headley, Laiskonis, and Tosi Do Munchies

In the latest "Munchies" video from VBS.TV, Del Posto pastry chef and former punk rock drummer Brooks Headley grabs a slice of pizza with Michael Laiskonis, and the two get a tour of the Momofuku Milk Bar commissary from Christina Tosi. Brooks also talks a lot about the connection between food and music, noting: "Working in a kitchen is kind of like being on tour, but being on tour your whole life. It's something that completely controls everything you do." The video ends with a giant vegetable feast in the PDR of Del Posto with Headley's musician and chef friends.
