Beard Predictions: Outstanding and Best New Restaurants

For our final Beard prediction vote of the day (see the others here and here), we're asking readers to choose which restaurants should win the Best New Restaurant and Outstanding Restaurant Awards. For some reason NYC didn't score any Outstanding Chef noms and the Rising Star category is dominated by outsiders (though our money's on Christina Tosi for the win). In the below votes, Jean-Georges' ABC Kitchen and Little Italy hit Torrisi Italian Specialties are up for best newcomer, while Blue Hill and Eleven Madison Park rep the old guard. The smart ones already have DJs on speed dial in case of a win (except Torrisi, which already has a big bash planned, win or lose, at the Jane Hotel).
