Bocuse d'Or

2008_09_smalltrophy.jpgApplications to compete to be in the next Bocuse d'Or championship (the Olympics of food) in 2013 are now being accepted. From the qualifying applications, 12 chefs will be invited to an audition in September 2011, where they will be interviewed by Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jerome Bocuse and asked to prepare one dish. The application and guidelines can be found here. Deadline is May 30 at midnight.
