All this week, the James Beard Foundation's pop-up at the Chelsea Market will host Momofuku's David Chang and famed Paris chef Iñaki Aizpitarte for a series of dinners. Last night Iñaki was paired with Noodle Bar and he'll soon serve alongside chefs from Milk Bar, Ssam Bar, Ma Peche, and Momofuku Ko. A look at what they served last night to the fans who snatched up tickets and VIPs like Wylie Dufresne is below, but what was most fun was what happened after the dinner. The long communal tables that span the pop-up space are covered in numbers signifying the days of the month-long event. Each chef that cooks there crosses his or her day off with red spray paint.
