The owner of Tribeca Puerto Rican restaurant Sazón is suing the city, the State Liquor Authority, and Community Board 1 for discrimination. CB1 recently rejected the owner for a liquor license for a downstairs bar and won't permit them to serve until 4 AM, and he thinks it's because his customers aren't "from this neighborhood." A CB1 rep says they are just noisy, bad neighbors. [NYDN]
